Refund Policy for All Paid Plans

We currently do not offer refunds for any of our paid subscription plans that you purchased from our website or from our platform. This refund policy applies to all yearly and monthly paid subscription plans and also applies to all our custom subscription plans, our enterprise subscription plan, and to all plan or feature extensions. Refund Policy for Project Help Services
For our Project Help services we do not provide payment refunds once the total cost of the Project Help service(s) is paid by you. When you complete your payment in full of the total cost due for the Project Help service(s) that you requested from us, we consider this as your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provided you. You may request a full refund of the required deposit that you paid for the Project Help service(s) within 3 business days of paying the required deposit. Once the 3 business days of you paying the required deposit for your project has passed, your deposit will become non-refundable. Once your refund request for the Project Help services deposit is received by us, we will process your refund within 48 to 72 hours of your request. If you choose to pay the outstanding balance due at the completion of your requested Project Help service(s), any refund requests made by you regarding the completed services will not be honored by us. 
When using our project help services for assistance with your project on our platform, you will be provided with an estimated completion date from us for your project after we have reviewed your project help request and if your project is accepted by us. When your estimated project completion date arrives, we will notify you of your project’s completion and you will have 14 business days from the date of us notifying you of your project’s completion to approve or request an edit to your project. If the 14-business day period passes and you have neither approved nor requested an edit to your project, we will consider your project to be abandoned, your paid deposit will be non-refundable and will be retained by us, and your project will be deleted from our platform within 30 days of the date we notified you of your project’s completion.
